for the first month, it is going better than I expected, two customers, one free project in the first month.  Have another six projects coming this week, and a fairly good pipeline.  So far, so good!

how much are you discounting these days, are you getting into price wars with your competitors, do you have any innovative strategies, discuss

wonder how many companies comply fully with all H&S requirements, here in England, huge topic, seems the H&S has gone mad, as there are daily stories about how companies, towns, schools, have to cancel events just due to a small safety concern.  don’t  know how it is in other countries

anyone have other suggestions on why companies buy products or services?

Getting a bit tired of winter, still snow and cold on the way (here in the UK at least).  Been reading about global warming forecasts over the weekend, and I am on the ‘undecided’ camp, think that there is a bit of evidence, but also that the earth has been through this before without human involvement, so don’t know if the costs of cutting are greater than the risks.

anyway, given the sorry state of our politicians these days (every country), probably not much will change, leaders they are not, they could not legislate their way out of any mess (my thoughts only, yours might differ)

It has been almost a week since we have started, and the amount of interest is much higher than our business plan, so off to a good start.  People are participating in the projects, we are beginning to get other projects in the queue, so the business model still looks good.

just curious, are companies doing new product planning in this economic downturn, or has this been slowed down to just try and survive?
