ConsultingCrowd works best for projects that can benefit from a multiple person team working together.

• Where you have a project that needs multiple disciplines to work together for a single solution,
• Where you have a project involving multiple countries. And need to have people working in different countries on the same project, such as market research, surveys, research on regulations, cross border selling, and many other tasks with experts located in your target countries.
• Where you have a project that would benefit from multiple experts. Oftentimes, putting together multiple brains to get their collective expertise will find you the best solution possible (this is also known as collective intelligence and crowd sourcing). This is valuable for projects bringing together two or more experts in such areas as web site design analysis, strategic and tactical planning, procurement practises, QA systems, feasibility studies and many other areas.

The steps for using ConsultingCrowd are:

Let us know your project! We will contact you to fully define how to match your needs with our database of consultants. We like the personal method of fully understanding your project requirements.

We will post your project – for free – so that we can get busy to recruit the people for your project. We can post your project with or without your name, you choose.

We will then present to you the candidates, with their background and application, along with our recommendations.

We do all this before the project starts, and at no charge. Only if you agree the candidates and the work scope with us (including all your project requirements, time scales, milestones, etc.) do you make a decision to use our services. You choose your budget, and we are flexible on payment terms (including staged payments).

Once you decide to proceed with us, we will confirm with the approved candidates, set up the online Virtual Project Board – our collaboration platform – and the work starts.

We do all the project management, with as much or as little of your time and involvement as you wish. We manage the work, output quality, milestones, any interim reporting, which frees up your time and resources.
Towards the end of the project, you have the option of showing the work to a wider group of people, to add any input to what the experts have produced. This may be beneficial as it allows more people to add information, comments, or details that they have on top of what the experts have done (this is the crowd sourcing/collective intelligence system, and is optional). You can also have a poll set up to have our worldwide consultant base to give opinions on different options (this is only if applicable and is also optional).
We give a final report to you of the combined work of the team.
We handle all administration for the team members working on your project.
