establishing dealers and sales for their modular housing products in
Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Brasil, and the Southern countries
in Africa. The company’s
products are very competitive, of a high quality, and sell extremely well
in the countries they currently export into.
We are
looking for experts in the modular housing market in the above mentioned
countries to find dealers for our client company. Please ask for more details on the products and an

The work
involved is to present us a list of 3-10 qualified dealers. Qualified is defined as an
established dealer in modular housing, under good financial and legal
status, and you have made an initial call to a senior manager at the dealer
and they have given interest in this opportunity. Also of interest is to introduce
“developers” of housing projects needing large numbers of
quality houses. Further, the
manufacturer also provides modular classrooms and medical clinics to
governments and NGO’s.
The company will do the rest to negotiate terms and conditions and
legal contract.
Payment is expected to include a reasonable
Introduction Completion fee from the dealer to you, and then a small
Success Fee based upon the number and value of houses and units acquired
for a period of time.
